Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors is elected by the general assembly and consists of a President, Secretary General, and Treasurer. The Board of Directors is responsible for determining the organization’s general strategies. Its main responsibilities include:
- Supervising the strategic plan and key strategic development directions of the organization.
- Approving ethics, policies, organizational behavior rules, and ensuring the organization’s compliance with laws.
